What began in Israel 19 years ago as an initiative by philanthropist and businesswoman Shari Arison, has blossomed into a global celebration of doing good. On Sunday, millions of people in 115 countries took part in International Good Deeds Day, joining thousands of activities that benefited local communities, societies, and the environment—illuminating the world with simple acts of kindness, generosity, and compassion.

Shari Arison shared that the vision has always been to connect circles of goodness and amplify light both in Israel and around the world: “I believe that if we think good, speak good, and do good, we will create a better world,” she said. “Especially now, unity is more important than ever—because we are all one.”
